Organization Details

The Organization section contains multiple sub-tabs for managing your organization. The Organization Details sub-tab lets Owners and Organization Admins manage organization information, view the Organization ID, and transfer ownership.

Accessing Organization Details

  1. Click Organization in the top navigation
  2. Click the Organization Details sub-tab
  3. You must be an Owner or Organization Admin
The Organization section contains these sub-tabs:
  • Announcements - Manage organization announcements
  • Organization Details - Organization information and ownership (this page)
  • Integrations - YouTube, Text in Church, PresenterBuddy, and other connections
  • Sunday School - Configure Sunday School module
  • Teams - Opens the Teams management page
  • Giving - Visible only when Stripe is enabled on the server and Stripe onboarding is complete (enabled: true in giving config)

Organization Information

Viewing Organization ID

Your Organization ID is displayed at the top of the Organization Details sub-tab. Share this ID so people can join your organization. To copy the Organization ID:
  1. Click Copy next to the Organization ID
  2. Share it with people you want to invite (they use it in the mobile app or web join flow)

Editing Organization Details

You can update:
  1. Organization Name (required)
  2. Organization Type (required)
  3. Address fields — Street, line 2, city, state/province, zip/postal code
  4. Parent Organization ID (optional) — Link this org to a parent org
Click Save Changes when done.

Transferring Organization Ownership

Owners only can transfer ownership to another member.
Transferring ownership cannot be undone. The new owner will have full control, and you will become a regular member.
  1. Go to People and open the person who should become owner
  2. Click Edit Positions & Teams
  3. Click Transfer Ownership and confirm

  1. Keep information current - Update details when they change
  2. Protect your Organization ID - Only share with people you want to invite
